Yes! in most of the cases we need to have a product in hand for product photoshoot to shoot in a product box or required colored back drop using professional DSLR camera.
For 3D product modeling, we don’t necessarily need product in hand. We are able to create 3D art/images without having a product but in some cases we may need to have the product in hand if the available pictures are not very clear or if we need to see or shoot specific angle from the camera before creating its 3d renders.
Product shipping cost or custom duties are not included in the project cost and always paid by the customer.
The product for the shoot or 3d modeling needs to be delivered in our Karachi office situation at M.A Jinnah Road.
For domain and hosting services, 100% payment needs to be made in our official bank account given by our representative before acquiring the services from us.
For rest of the services, we would need to have at least 50% advance payment before starting the work and remaining 50% would be collectable before delivering the final copy(s) of the project.
All payments are in US Dollars and can be collectable in PKR. Payments can be made in our official bank account or Cash only. Paypal or other payment modes are not available at the moment.
IT DEPENDS! mostly on the type of product. Product photoshoot, post production (photoshop editing) and 3d Modeling (if any) take at least 2-3 weeks estimated time frame for a product although we always make sure to deliver before the given timeframe with professional quality.
